Refund policy

Halcyon Games will accept Returns & Exchanges with a valid receipt for 30 days after purchase. Returns will be for the original purchase price and issued via the orignal payment method or store credit. Returns without receipt will be accepted for store credit only and at Halcyon Games sole discretion.. All items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in original condition. We do not accept returns of individual trading cards, clearance, snacks, or open items. Returns of special order items, preorders, prerelease kits, promotional items, and limited edition items may be limited at Halcyon Games' sole discretion.
